following information is designed to help you understand our
Shipping and Return Policies. We reserve the right, at our
discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any
time by posting such changes to this page. Please read our shipping
policies carefully as they will affect your order.
We are no longer able to ship outside of the United States and Canada.
Heavier items may cost more to Canada. We will email you, if this is the
case, prior to shipping. So please be sure to check your email for any
notes from us.
Free standard shipping on orders over 150.00.
Only good for ground United States shipping.
Flat
standard shipping rate of $4.99 on US orders up to $150.00
You
will notice there is a standard shipping button and a UPS shipping
method on the shopping cart.
Standard
shipping and holiday shipping buttons are sent via the post office. We
cannot track these orders. Only confirm delivery. If you choose UPS and
pay a few dollars more it's worth it. We can track UPS and they are
reliable.
SHIPPING
TIMES ARE ESTIMATES OF DELIVERY- Occasionally our suppliers will be
backordered. Please let us know when you order if you absolutely must have
an item by a certain date. If it can't be done we will notify you. If we
don't receive any shipping time emails then we assume you are okay with
the delivery times of standard shipping when item is in stock. If we
have to order an item it usually ships in 5 - 7 days.
Please go by shipping
times posted on the product's description page to best judge delivery times.
Some custom items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Due to special order items delivery times may
vary from 1 -3 weeks. All in stock items will
ship out within 48 hours. You will be sent an email for confirmation of
ordering and if there will be a delay of longer than one week. We do not
routinely send out an email when your item has shipped if it is a drop ship.
If an items in your order is in stock and we ship it out ahead of time
we will put a note in your box stating when other items should ship. In
this case an email will not be sent. We do not charge you to ship the
item that is on order.
Our shopping cart automatically calculates the
shipping rates for you based on your package weight and zip code. There is a section for
comments on our order page. Feel free to add any additional comments on that
form. We do not artificially inflate the price of our
merchandise to cover shipping expenses. Just charge you fair shipping
costs as it should be.

but due to too many delays in overseas orders we will no longer be able
to ship out of country with the exception of Canada.
