  • 90 day return/exchange policy

  • Returns must be in original packaging, not worn or used. Free of smoke smell and dirt - tags attached

  • Carriers and Beds  cannot be returned due to health reasons.

  • Store credit or Refund back onto credit card less a low  $1.00 service fee per item and the actual cost of shipping the product out to you id it was greater then what you were originally charged.. This may be more than the $ 4.99 shipping you paid when ordering if it is a heavier item.. The collars with charms count as one item. We do not count each individual charm. 

    • Please return items in a box or padded envelope. Please return your items via FedEx, UPS or Post Office  with delivery confirmation) and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If we don't receive it back we won't be able to process.

  • Include original receipt that was emailed to you or copy of it.

  • Include your name and what item you need us to send in place of returned item.

  • Free shipping of replacement product for first exchange. 

  • Please email us to let us know why you are returning products. 

  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

  •  We can't accept merchandise your dog has chewed and will return it to you. 

  • Please note: If you qualified for free shipping and are now returning items which will bring your total to less than the amount to qualify for free shipping,  you will now be charged for the $4.99 shipping.

Our rhinestone dog collars are mainly for decorative use and you should treat these collars as you would your jewelry. We cannot be responsible if your pet damages a collar or loosens a stone while playing in our rhinestone collars. 

 Halloween costumes and holiday dog collars and items are not returnable. You can return unopened holiday items for a store credit only prior to the holiday. Sorry.

Food items and items soiled or worn are not returnable.  Dog carriers and dog beds are also not returnable if any of the tags are removed or there is any signs of your dog having used the carrier at all due to health reasons.  Be sure to measure your pet correctly to avoid problems.
