behind our products.
If you are
not satisfied with one of our products you may return it for
credit or a refund less shipping within 21 days of receiving
it.
You MUST
use a box or the original packing to return all products. No returns accepted if
plain, unpadded envelopes are used. Items
sent in an envelope get damaged in the mail and we will no
longer accept them. They will be shipped back to you and no
credit given. Sorry but we have too many customer just
treating their returns like a piece of junk mail. As of February 14, 2007 all returns will be
assessed a 5% restocking fee.
You
may exchange it with no restocking fee.
There will be a
$1.00-5.00 reshipping fee depending on the item if we have to send out a different
size.
Your
return/exchange must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
This is the one you would have received in your email right
after placing your order. If you cannot locate it look
in your SPAM filter on your email system, It may be stuck in
there. If not, write down your name, email address and
billing address used when ordering.
Please
email us to let us know why you are returning products. We
will not accept merchandise your dog has chewed. Would
you try to return chewed merchandise to your local store?

All items must be in unused condition. Clothing must be
unworn and in original packaging. We will not accept
returns of merchandise damaged by your dog. (That
should be pretty obvious.)
Our rhinestone dog
collars are mainly for decorative use and you should treat
these collars as you would your jewelry. We cannot be
responsible if your pet damages a collar or loosens a stone
while playing in our rhinestone collars.
PLEASE read our sizing instructions on each and every
product before you purchase it. If you need any assistance
with sizes we will gladly help you.
Halloween costumes
and holiday dog collars and items are not returnable. You can return unopened
holiday items for a store credit only prior to the holiday. Sorry.
Food items
and items soiled or worn are not returnable. Dog
carriers are also not returnable if any of the tags are
removed or there is any signs of your dog having used the
carrier at all due to health reasons. Be sure to measure your pet correctly to avoid problems.
Send it using the United States Postal Service
with delivery confirmation. YOU MUST obtain proof of return by using
delivery confirmation method of shipping.
