All our products are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes. The address name is our company name Trendy Endeavors. Our website name is Trendy Puppy. Your computer will not receive any "cookies" after visiting our site. There are other Pet  Sites that do collect your computer's information for marketing purposes. We are not one of them.

Your privacy is very important to us. Your privacy is completely safe when you shop on-line with us. We never sell any customer's names or E-mail addresses. The information we collect is in a non-retrievable form. We collect the following personal information only in order to process your order:

On our order form we also provide a ship to section. Here you may submit a different name and address if you are shipping to someone besides yourself. The information you submit here falls under our privacy policy also. The information collected here is: Ship to name and address. 

Occasionally customers will submit stories or pictures for us to use on our site. If we choose to use their articles, we will never put their full name on our site. We will use only their first name or initials. 

The Way We Use Information

We need your home phone number and E-mail address should we need to contact you regarding your order. Rest assured, your information will remain with us. We do not transfer any of your information to third parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order. 

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the order.

We use return E-mail addresses to answer the E-mail we receive. Your E-mail address will stay with us. We are just as annoyed as you are with the practice of receiving unsolicited mail. We do not share your E-mail address with outside parties.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information

You can access the information we collect online by phoning us or E-mailing us. You may correct any names, addresses or phone numbers via E-mail or telephone. We do require you to have your order confirmation number ready when you contact us to make any changes. If you wish to make any changes to your credit information or verify any other information, you will need to contact us via telephone. We can be reached at (847) 208-0908. Since all orders are shipped out within 48-72 hours we request that you  contact us immediately if you need any changes made to your order information.
