poly/cotton blend. (That means it looks like a cotton
dress but less wrinkles). Red, white and blue
stripes with stars pattern. The sewn on waistband has
sequins on it. The top criss-cross straps have buttons that
work so you can adjust this costume if needed simply by
moving the buttons. The underside has elastic waist and
fastens with Velcro. The top part is also lined for your
dogs comfort. The ruffled skirt is double layered. How
