enamel and silver metal make up this fun Jack-O-Lantern charm.
It is flanked by a set in clear rhinestone on each side.
Silver buckle and d-ring. The collar itself is constructed
from a faux leahter back and sewn onto black velvet. So cute
yet simple. Width is 1/2 inch on all sizes. To find size
measure your pets neck and add 1/2 inch. Then use chart below.

buckles at 8 1/2 inches with 3 holes in between
