These light and airy party collars are the newest rage. Hand made. They range in size from the extra small size to jumbo. These are hand tied strips of pink and fuchia ribbon with pink hearts tied to the ends. They are then tied to a thick fabric covered elastic band.

Small-(10")" neck circumference. 

Medium-(12")" neck circumference.

Large-(14")" neck circumference.
