These light and airy dog  collars are the newest rage. Hand made. They range in size from the extra small size to jumbo. These are hand tied strips of sheer white ribbon with little blue Star of David's applied to the ends. They are then tied to a thick fabric covered elastic band. 

New puppies and toy Chihuahua's would wear x-small

 x-small. (8") neck circumference. 

Small-(10")" neck circumference.  

Medium-(12")" neck circumference.

Large-(14")" neck circumference.
